Each one is different and has its own personality. 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, beds with the best hotel standards, handmade welcome soaps made with lavender and rosemary essential oils, filters to regulate the PH of the water, ecological paints that absorb CO2, ecological cleaning products...all to achieve the wellbeing of our guests. All the materials used both in the rehabilitation of the house and in its decoration have been recovered and restored to give them a second life: wooden floors and doors more than 100 years old, natural jutes... the circular economy has been fundamental in this project. As many original materials as possible have been saved and other old ones have been incorporated and adapted to the spaces. Art in this house is another important factor. It has a permanent exhibition of our ART U READY platform, with which we support emerging artists. HOME OFFICE" AREA FOCUSED ON IMPROVING PERFORMANCE: According to neuroarchitectural principles low ceilings encourage concentration and natural light improves productivity as well as affecting our mood. For these reasons we chose the attic to locate a comfortable workspace with eight professional workstations. Light in abundance 365 days a year. Also perfect for companies and start-ups or groups of friends and families who want to enjoy combining leisure and teleworking. To create a professional space with all the comforts we have incorporated ergonomic furniture and certified WELL ACTIU, a Spanish company that designs furniture from natural and non-toxic materials. They recently won a national design award for their commitment to wellness. The space has an exercise bike. Most importantly, we are the first home to have a SIGNIFY LiFi data connection in our home office area. This pioneering technology is faster, safer and healthier because it reduces exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Minimising electromagnetic radiation as much as possible, especially in sleeping areas, is important to us as it can affect the quality of our sleep. When we thought about the spaces in this house, we were very conscious of the digital needs of the 21st century, although, nevertheless, we reconsidered so much hyperconnection in order to get real rest and be more productive when we work. The house has thick stone walls that allow us to differentiate areas and create zones with high speed internet connection as in the coworking space. In the rooms we put network sockets to be able to connect wired devices with high speed up to 1000 megabytes. And to satisfy also those who want connection in other common areas of the house, we combined with WIFI. DISTRIBUTION: 7 double rooms (one is triple) , each with its own bathroom (one adapted for people with reduced mobility). Maximum capacity of 15 people.
