Other things to note This is a bungalow where the main living is on the main floor ~ kitchen, bedrooms, deck, bathrooms. living room and dining room. There are two steps to enter the house. There is also a patio door in the lower level for access to the back yard. There is a separate apartment attached to the house with no access to or from. (private residence). There is a small dog named Lucy who is in the apartment below. The front office, garage and pantry in the kitchen is usually locked. Life jackets are in the bin at the lake. There firepit at the lake which you may use with permission ~ depending on weather and permit. There are several boats in slips near by so large fires with floating embers will not be permitted.
