Cozy cottage on Resarö Vaxholm, Stockholm Archipelago

Resarö is located in Vaxholm municipality, which is also called the capital of the archipelago. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need for a ferry. Transportation to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost around the clock. If you come from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. The accommodation is located in a lush garden with animals, nature and sea close by. Swimming jetty in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters away from the house. The space The cottage is a newly-renovated 18-square-meter log cabin perfect for one (1) person, or a maximum of two (2) people. It has a modern kitchen, induction stove and kitchen fan. The bathroom is tiled with underfloor heating, shower, sink and water toilet. Of course, there is hot water. There is no TV, but since wifi (fiber) is available, it is perfectly fine to stream via the internet. The bed consists of a nice sofa bed with the dimensions 120X200 cm. Outside, there is a large, newly built, south-facing terrace to use. There is also the possibility to barbecue if the weather allows. If you want to walk, Resarö offers plenty of small roads and beautiful views. There is a jetty 200 meters away, where you can swim, watch the sunset, barbecue and also use the boule court that is there for the public. Boule balls are available to borrow. If you want something special to drink, there is also a minibar in the cabin. Guest access You will have full access to the cabin itself. The garden is shared with the main house where we and our family live. So the garden will be used during the warm part of the year by us who live here permanently. If you use the associated balcony, you will have your own corner to sit and enjoy the sun and nature. There is a separate parking space (free of charge). If you want to wash clothes, we can arrange a time for this. You do the laundry yourself, in our big house by arrangement.
