Located in downtown Lisbon with all the amenities you need to feel like a local. The high ceilings and large windows with balconies give it a unique character that is only found in Lisbon. Composed of a large living area, dining room and an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make light meals. The bedroom has a double bed lined with hotel-quality sheets and duvet for a comfortable rest. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, mirror and shower - towels, soap and shampoo are provided free of charge for your personal convenience. Just leave your bags and explore the charismatic streets of Lisbon! NOTE: The building has construction work on the roof! Guest access Guests will have the apartment to themselves during their stay Other things to note We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. For first-time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing detergent and garbage bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to arrange it at an additional cost. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.) Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of €80 included will apply. Extra keys: € 20 (extra set when possible, loss of keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
