Traverse City Bay Breezes Retreat

Nestled at the base of the Old Mission Peninsula between the two bays, this home is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods, grass and lush gardens. You'll find my home to be the perfect peaceful retreat, yet close to everything TC has to offer. The space This contemporary home offers a private entrance and hallway leading to two bedrooms with queen size beds and a private bath. The private backyard features a deck dedicated to guest use with lush gardens and woods surrounding. West Bay is within view, and provides cooling breezes to keep you comfortable. The setting seems "away from it all," yet it's less than 2 miles from Traverse City. Close by are both bays with beaches, multiple wineries (one within walking distance), downtown TC and the TART Trail system. Guest access My guest space is separate from the other wing of my house. I have added a kitchenette, with a nearly full size fridge, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot and toaster. It is outfitted with dishes and silverware, which I run through the dishwasher once my guests fill up the dish tub. I have roll out trash and recycling bins in the kitchenette cabinet, and a table and chairs in the largest guest room. There is no sink in the kitchenette currently, but I compensate for this with two Britta filter pitchers in the fridge and bottled water. Plus, I do the dishes for you (bonus!). The washer and dryer are available if needed, and are located in the guest space hallway together with a new icemaker for guest use. My listing is "owner occupied," but my space is separate from the guest space including the backyard and deck. I have my own area. Other things to note Currently I have smart t.v.s in both rooms for streaming. I do not have cable. I only rent to one party at a time, and the price is based on occupancy (number of guests), as opposed to the # of rooms. (Both bedrooms are available for your use). I also would be amenable to providing a discount for a monthly stay. This would only be applicable for the months of January - April. Ask me about it.
