You will find a little stylish and modern apartment (1BR) with a flowered big balcony, only few minutes walk from the old town Area (near the main train station/ Sendlinger Tor/ Marienplatz/ Oktoberfest, Viktualienmarkt and the Christmas market). The area offers an incomparable atmosphere and a wide variety of small cafes, many restaurants, shops, and sightseeings. This Apartment is suitable for 2Persons. Just a few minutes' walk to the pedestrian zone the Old Town Area and to Sendlinger Tor, Christmas market, Viktualienmarkt, or even the main train station. You can't get more central than this. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of things to explore. The central location and modern furnishings, the apartment is a perfect home for Tourists and business travelers. There is a Elevator available in our House. The bright studio apartment offers sleeping space for up to 2-3 people (one queen-size double bed for two and a sleeping Sofa). The comfortable bed is queen size bed equipped with a high-quality mattress, which will be freshly made and prepared before your arrival. The bathroom features an XL shower-bathtub (shampoo, shower gel, and towels are provided). Fresh towels and toiletries, such as shampoo and shower gel, are also provided for your daily use in your temporary home. A smart TV with cable television and a comfortable KARE sofa provide a great atmosphere. Here you can spend relaxing nights in Munich. The open, modern small kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, and all other essential items. The Balcony looks great and provides sitting furniture for 4 people. It also has its own washing machine/clothes drying rack. You will find a shoe wardrobe in the hallway. Additionally, a new air conditioning system is available for Hot summer days. We look forward to personally welcoming you. The highest hygiene standards apply in my apartment. Among other things, door handles, faucets and light switches are particularly thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
