The house is arranged over three floors and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people: the ground floor is the living room, where there is also a fireplace, and kitchen.The living room has an outside patio with table and chairs , where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double with balcony, facing the lake, with a double bed ,and a second bedroom, with three single beds (one single bed and a bed bunk). The house has free private parking. We also remind you that the maximum number of guests that we can accommodate in the house is 5 people. Therefore, in the presence of a greater number of guests than declared, we will not be able to allow access to the house, in compliance with the authorization issued by the Municipality. Our property is a vacation rental, with no additional services beyond check-in and final cleaning (in compliance with legal requirements). We provide sheets and towels for all guests, washing machine and dishwasher detergent, and two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom (four rolls total). Amenities for the stay, such as personal hygiene products, food and beverages, and additional toilet paper, must be purchased directly by guests.
