Stylish and cozy home close to the city center

The 150-square-meter stone house is located 4 kilometers from the center of Tampere. The house and its courtyard and private parking space are available to our guests. There are accommodations for several guests in four separate bedrooms as well as in the lobby. Our property is located next to the main roads, the bus stop is 50 meters away. You can reach the playground in a couple of minutes, and the local shop is a cittari, which is also less than a ten-minute walk away. The hiking trails start next to the house and the property borders the park area. The space Downstairs you will find a unified living room-kitchen space, as well as one bedroom with a sofa bed, sauna, bathroom, toilet and utility room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and an open hall space as well as a bathroom & toilet. The living room area is open to the upper floor (two-story high space). Guest access There is a two-car parking space in the yard, otherwise you can park for free on the street. Other things to note For children, there is a basketball hoop, hockey goal, and other hobby equipment in the yard. We can also rent bicycles for those who want to.
