House on the SEA SIDE in Tuscany

The space The house is nestled in the woods of Punta Ala. From the terrace you can see the sea! It's attached to other houses in a quiet street and surrounded by nature. The house has a ground floor a large day room with a kitchenette spacious and well equipped. Also on this floor is a garden with a paved area with a large table for outdoor dining. Then, still on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with their terrace. One has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed and a single bed. Then there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. In a five minute by car you will arrive to the shopping center of Punta Ala (Il gualdo) and always in 5 minutes by car you'll get to the beach. The beaches of Punta Ala is renowned for its beauty and for its clean waters. The port which can be reached in 10 minutes by car is very nice and well equipped. This house is ideal for a holiday immersed in the silence, nature and wellness. Punta Ala is also famous for beautiful golf courses and riding stables.
