Enjoy golfing, tennis, boating, swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in your backyard. Watch those afternoon thunderstorms roll in across the lake while you watch a movie or play games inside. The lake front condo has everything you could need to include the Keurig Duo coffee maker, so you can fully enjoy the morning sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. You will have keyless entry, Ring doorbell/camera, and Nest temperature control. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the condo and plenty of guest parking up the street. Many neighbors live here full time, out of respect for them we must say NO PARTIES or large gatherings, there is a 10pm noise ordinance, failure to follow will result in $500 charge. April Sound is a gated community access given to listed guests only. Access will be given during your stay. There is a washer and dryer available. We have provided fishing poles, and inflatable stand-up paddle boards in the outside closet. If something breaks etc. (things happen), please let us know so we can replace it/ fix it. Ask us about full access to the Country Club pool, tennis courts, gym, and restaurant, there is an additional country club fee. We will need the names of adults coming on the April Sound Property for the security guard station. Access to the Country Club pool, tennis courts, gym, and restaurant do come with an extra club house fee. The smaller community pool is available for use and accessed using a key fob. Guests will not be allowed to utilize April Sound boat ramp however there are nearby options (ask the hosts) you are able to dock a boat in the back yard off the bulkhead. As hosts, we are hands off; However, we are very quick to respond if you need anything. Ask us about our direct booking site. Our property truly has one of the best views on the entire lake. This quiet gated community has something for everyone, from golf and tennis to the community pool and restaurant. Off the property there are many restaurants, brewery's, shopping and entertainment. Ask hosts about using the club facilities. Getting on and off the property: you will have to check in at the guard station each time you drive on to the property. NOT the place for PARTIES or large gatherings and there is a 10pm noise ordinance. If you plan on utilizing the Country Club amenities, please let the hosts know ahead of your stay so we are able to set up your usage. Please note if you are planning to bring your boat, only permeant residents are allowed to utilize the boat launch and trailer parking on site. Hosts have near buy options for trailer storage/ rentals please let them know. You are able to dock a boat in the back yard off the bulkhead.
