The Lanna - A luxurious stay near Chiangmai Uni.

The Lanna is a beautiful and tranquil apartment for you and your family or friends to enjoy after your time sightseeing in the city. It is the 2nd floor apartment on a 3-floor shophouse of U Front Shophaus building in Chiangmai city next to Chiangmai University, an area where residents and students alike mingle among cafes and restaurants. Across the street there is a popular night market where you can dine on a budget and grab local red buses to chic Nimman area in 10 min and old town in 20. The space A luxurious home for your time in Chiangmai where you can fully unwind after a hot day of traveling. You can feel like coming back home and chill out in the room or on the private patio for a drink or two. The back garden is enjoyable for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Guest access We have a washing machine and water filter you can use in the utility shed in the garden. The water is free and potable (good to drink) while the washing machine can be paid with coins. Other things to note There are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from from morning til night. 4 CCTV cameras are operated to keep you safe and none are in the flats, only on the outside perimeters. In Chiangmai there could be some power cuts at times but we have a set of emergency light in the flat corridor so you won't get lost. Fire extinguisher is provided. Please save the energy by pulling out the electrical tag whenever you leave the flat. Climate change is truly here so we all need to save our planet whenever we can. You'll find all the amenities you may need during your vacation. - a back garden with outside furniture. - dedicated high-speed internet free of charge. - fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchen where you may need during your stay. - high quality electric appliances in great variety: refrigerator, washing machine in the utility room at the back garden, safe boxes, microwave, tattle, rice cooker, iron, stove, hair dryer, fan, Etc. - two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds (expensive mattresses and high quality bed linens). - 1 LED TV set in the living room with cable TV channels. - set of towels for every guest, containing bath, face and hand towels. - electricity and water is provided free of charge (Please see House Rules for further details). - Coffee and tea is complementary. - Water bottles provided free of charge on the first day and potable water filter is available at the utility room for free refills.
