The space This unique, single-story villa is full of character and, unusually for this crowded region, sits peacefully in the middle of a lovely two-acre garden which has big olive grove, lots of fruit trees and flowers. It is fully fenced with gates, drive, and parking. The breathtaking, uninterrupted view stretches from the mountains over to the sea and the Akrotiri peninsula. Very private - you will stay in a big plot with olive groves. The rugged grounds of the villa have been tamed with stone paths winding through the natural rockeries and olive, citrus and fig trees. Terraces and verandas around the house offer both shaded and sunny seating areas in which to enjoy the pool, gardens and stunning panorama. The house sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. The three separate bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds. There are two bathrooms (showers), washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The spacious living room - off which a further double bed can be set up - gives out onto a stunning terrace; All the rooms have magnificent views. You will found a welcome basket. We are ready to suggest sightseeing in popular and unknow secret places. Guest access The villa and surroundings are yours. Enjoy your holidays! A lot of spaces for rest and relax. All territory is closed with fence - is private and safe. Other things to note The pool is not supervised. Please take care of your children, don't leave them alone. You can buy local products from us for your cooking at the villa or to bring home as souvenirs: - olive oil, - wine from the barrel, - olives, - Feta cheese, Graviera Cheese, - vegetables and fruits, - ceramics.... * you can ask for lessons for SUP (stand up paddle).
