3BR 150' from pristine Lake Armington

Enjoy swimming in the gently sloping sandy beach area or boating with the included stand up paddleboards, canoes or kayak (shared with 3 other cabins). Your (maximum 1) dog may enjoy splashing around here with you. In an effort to keep Lake Armington free of invasive weeds, we do not allow tenants to bring motorized boats. The space Piermont Place consists of 4 cottages of various sizes which share a small beach area and a few canoes, kayaks and stand up paddleboards. It is intended for groups who want to enjoy the serenity of Lake Armington, some paddles around the lake, and the sound of the loons each evening. It is not intended for loud partying groups at all. The 3 bedroom is the 2nd largest of the 4 and is set back from the water about 100 feet. There is a crack in the 2-pane glass on one of the main windows out front and, unfortunately, bugs die in there and it looks ... like there are dead bugs between the panes. We are working towards a solution for this, but the window size is no longer produced so it is more complicated.
