Guest access You have access to the entire house plus parking/garage. If you don't have a car, there is a tricycle service available inside the village. Other things to note CHECK-IN: 1PM onwards CHECK-OUT: 12NN (Strict) House Structure 1. Ground Floor - bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with 1 AC, 1 ceiling fan and 2 floor fans. 2. Second Floor - small bedroom with 1 bed, 1 pull-out trundle, 1 ceiling fan, 1 AC - big bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 AC HOUSE RULES. 1. Smoking / vaping is not allowed inside the property including the garage. You are free to do so OUTSIDE (the street in front of the house). We will fine 1 night's worth of your stay (Php 2,499) if cigarettes are found inside the property. 2. We expect guests to leave the place in good condition and close to how they found it. 3. We only prepare beds according to the number of guests stated in the booking. An extra P400 per person will be charged if more than 6 guests are staying overnight. 4. For the safety of our cleaners, we immediately throw away anything left behind, from food to personal items. 5. If there are lost or damaged items, the place is left like trash, if you smoked inside the property, or lost the house keys, we will charge a fine starting from our base per night rate of Php2,499 6. We don't allow rebookings 5 days prior to the check-in date and we only accept rebooking requests ONCE. Please finalize your travel plans before booking. 8. Pets are allowed but an extra fee of Php 1,000 per pet will apply. 9. Cleaning pet poop/pee is beyond our standard cleaning process and is not included in the Pet Fee.
