Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Great for family reunions, Company "get togethers", Fishing Tournaments, Church Group Get Aways, etc. Private Dock - Great for relaxing or fishing! (Saltwater Fish) The space The large gathering room, 3 bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 Refrigerators makes it great for larger events! Guest access Private Dock Access is open through out the house except for one closet and the tool shed. BBQ pits are free to use (bring charcoal) Community boat slip is available (a block away) with access key provided.
