Beach Bungalow is a newly constructed two bedroom and one and a half bath cottage able to sleep up to 8 guests. Featuring two bedrooms with a queen bed, two pull out couches, a full kitchen, a living room, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Two twin beds and a half bath are located upstairs in the loft area. This cottage is private, contemporary, self-sufficient, and nestled in the heart of the Washington Island community (downtown). We do not allow pets. The space DeJardin’s Island Cottages features four newly built cottages including both one bedroom with loft and two bedroom with loft units. Our cottages are grouped together surrounding a communal green space, yet separate enough to provide each cottage its privacy. Each cottage comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bed and bath linens, television, WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a private outdoor porch and charcoal grill. Private parking is conveniently located in front of each cottage, and boat and trailer parking is also available. Guest access Other amenities include a shared playground and a convenient location in town. Our cottages are within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants/bars, and town shops. Other things to note Cottage stays require a 3 night minimum, and we do not allow pets.
