The space The apartment features one bedroom with 1 queen size and additional sofa bed in the living room, wardrobe, free WiFi and cable TV. The Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and dishes while the private bathroom features shower and towels. Towels and linen can be changed as per guest request. The Apartment is Air Conditioned. It has private parking spot, secured with the gates and remote controler for the gates. Other things to note Free WiFi, free parking. Recommended for guests with a car or other means of transportation. Smoking is allowed outdoors. There is a city tax that Kotor Municipality charges tourists. Tourist organisation of Kotor requires registration ( 0.80€ per person/per night for residency tax). Children under the age of 12 are not paying the tax, while a person of age between 12 and 18 years pay 50% of residency tax. Tourist residency tax should be paid separately. In arrangements with guests we can offer and organize rent a car, to be available at the time of arrival.
