The space Accessible since it is only located in the 2nd floor. :) It is walking distance from SM North EDSA and Trinoma. It is also near MRT stations so this can be a good location to use as home-base from where to travel into Metro Manila. The Philippine Children’s Medical Centre is also nearby. Guest access No parking on property - I didn't purchase a parking slot with my unit. But in case guests would be needing on a long- term basis, there are spaces for rent or at sm pay parking Amenity limitations - As per the latest Admin policy, each unit will only be allowed 3 guests FREE access and to pay extra per person in excess. Other things to note Observed cleanliness and no smoking inside the condo unit. Treat the house as your own house. Kindly throw the garbage everyday at the garbage room that is located on the same floor. Lost key will be charge 1,000 for replacement of the whole door lock. Please conserve energy by turning off all appliances when not in use, especially when you leave the unit, in order to facilitate safely as well.
