The LIVING ROOM is set with cable TV and an XBOX 360 - KINECT gaming console that will surely entertain everyone. A telephone landline is also available to make local calls and access in ordering fastfood deliveries. The CLUBHOUSE is a free WIFI zone and where the amenities are located. The 3 pools, kiddie playground, Basketball court, well - landscaped jogging path, poolside CABANA along with picnic and BBQ area, a Cafe Restaurant. At the lower level you will find the Laundry shop (they can pick-up and deliver at the unit) the drinking Water station - free of charge just bring the container. There is also a 711 like convenience store. The gym, the audio visual room, shower rooms and the Property Management Office which handles concern regarding unit and amenities matters.
