Small self contained modern unit with own patio entrance, attached to a private house. Large Bedroom, king bed with en-suite bathroom and separate kitchenette/lounge/outdoor patio. Quiet but convenient location close to Brighton beach. 10 mins walk to Brighton's 'vibrant' Jetty Road. Close to Hove railway station for access to the city of Adelaide which takes 21 minutes by train. Walking distance from the State Aquatic centre or 2 stops on the train. You will love the convenience of this place. The space Lounge/Diner with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, TV, dining table and sofa. The area looks out onto a small patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds. The bed is a large kingsize so you're guaranteed a good sleep. There is an ensuite shower room with toilet and sink. WIFI is available Guest access The unit is self contained and private. The unit is attached to a newly built house (a kind of modern beachouse) and access to the property is via a side entrance and patio doors straight into the unit. There is no access to the house from the beachouse and you will have privacy. Other things to note We supply fresh sheets and towels on a weekly basis. There is however a local launderette within walking distance if needed during your stay. If you're arriving late, just let us know so we can arrange to hand you the keys. Lost keys will be charged at $50. Please ensure you empty any rubbish on departure. Bins are located on the driveway. Red bins are for general waste and yellow is for recycling. It would also be appreciated if you could wash dishes and leave the apartment in good order.
