My 1800 square feet townhome is a part of gated community. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom and has enough space for privacy to freshen up. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, an ample counter space and all the necessary cookware and utensils. It also offers the convenience of parking, with space for up to 2 cars max The space As you step inside my home, you'll be greeted by a spacious designed living space that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. With prior approval, the home can even sleep up to 10 individuals, providing ample space for larger groups or family. It boasts three cozy bedrooms ensuring everyone will have peaceful and restful night's sleep. Each room features full-sized queen bed. The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures and storage for your personal belongings. Guest access The entire home is exclusive for guest access. Other things to note THE LOCATION The house is nestled in El Monte, a safe residential area. It is in northeast of downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to Arcadia. Interstate 10 and 605 freeways are minutes away from this home. You can drive by freeway (the 10) to downtown Los Angeles in 15 minutes from the house, or you can take surface streets and be there in 25-30 minutes. This is a perfect location if you have a car and plan to see sites all around Los Angeles or Orange county (Disneyland, for example, is south of El Monte, so since you are already east of Downtown you trip to Disneyland will be much much faster and shorter than if you were in west Los Angeles). NEAR the HOUSE Mc Donalds, Tommy's, Art's Burgers (and other fast food), Supermarket, Food 4 Less Supermarket, a number of noodle shops, Starbucks (and other cafes). Long walk, or short drive: Multiple bars, wine bar, Brazilian bar, Applebee's, movie theater, etc in old town Monrovia (totally safe to walk around at night). Some of the best Chinese, Chinese BBQ, Taiwanese, Vietnamese and Pho, Vietnamese/French restaurants in California down Valley Blvd east of the house (you could spend a month eating out everyday along Valley Blvd and never go to the same restaurant).
