Cosy, comfortable, romantic escape. Breathe in our fresh air amid pristine surrounds in a classic country environment. If you are lucky you will meet our resident koalas, wallabies or echidnas. A great base to explore Tweed Valley's charming villages, organic produce and quirky markets. Murwillumbah's regional Art Gallery is one of the best in Australia, featuring Margaret Olley's studio house. Not far to Gold Coast high life and theme parks. Even closer are uncluttered beaches, great golf and renowned restaurants. Climb the hill to look Mt Warning in the face. Meet wallabies, echidnas, birds and other wildlife. Check out the native fish and tortoises in the creek (no fishing allowed at this wildlife sanctuary). You never know, you might even see the resident platypus. We sometimes see koalas.
