The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh dry-cleaned towels for each guest. A hairdryer and even hair straightener ready for you to use. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available for you to use. - The kitchen is also fully equipped with full size refrigerator (with freezer), stove, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the kitchenware needed to make a full meal. You will also find some salt, pepper, sugar, instant coffee, tea bags and even Greek Olive Oil for the first days of your stay. And we also have set a dining table. - The seating room has a corner sofa, very comfortable and with a big smart TV connected to the wi-fi so that you can watch your preferred streaming channels. Other things to note CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE As per Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term rentals. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter season (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer season (April to October). One of the guests must present a valid Passport/ID document for the mandatory registration to the Tax Authority. The reasons we need this information about our guests is so we can declare our income.
