This home is on a shortcut road on an up and coming street (I won't say neighborhood because its one street with very few homes) in an Old Florida location that mixes commercial properties with homes, set between 2 main streets (this unit is set back and quiet) We have been completely renovated along with several of the 7 small homes/duplexes on the street. Its a work in progress for some tho. The location to Silver Springs is the closest you can get and we love our home, location and sweet neighbors.
