The building is perfectly located in the heart of Yerevan, near Republic Square, and is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and parks. Additionally, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation or business trip, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, microwave, washing machine, and more. The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by two main elevators. Additionally, it has a separate entrance with an elevator exclusively for our guests. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning systems.
