Nabat is an old farmhouse restored with charm, located on a 12 ha estate, in the Haut Languedoc Nature Park. Passa Pais greenway passes along the edge of the property. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, professional kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 large living room. Large terrace and garden, swimming pool, barbecue. The estate is surrounded by meadows and forests. Tranquility assured. Central heating; wood provided for the fireplace. Linens provided, beds made upon arrival. The space The Barn: Old barn (270 m2) carefully renovated and charmingly decorated. Beautiful unobstructed view of the valley. It includes 4 large spacious bedrooms (30 m2), each with private bathroom and toilet. 2 large living rooms and a beautiful dining room with fireplace. The bedding is 160/200. Very well-equipped professional kitchen. Exteriors: Large terrace (south/east) and covered terrace with garden tables and chairs. Very nice unobstructed view of meadows and forests. Large barbecue. Swimming pool 4 m/3 m depth 1.2 m. Garden chairs. For children, treehouse, swing set... A small stream passes along the edge of the meadow. We have chickens, sheep, donkeys that love to be petted! Our production: Sale of nuts, jams, potatoes depending on the season. We can offer you an optional meal during your stay. We cook with products from our farm mainly (chicken, vegetables...) as well as with local producers. Price per person 22 euros all inclusive (8 people minimum). My house is on site but gives access to the back of the building. Guest access Large terrace and covered terrace, garden and pool. Access to meadows, forests adjacent to the house. The area around the house is 12 hectares. The small village of COURNIOU is 2 km away, the first village ST PONS DE THOMIERES with all amenities and supermarket is 5 km away. There is an adjoining cottage that you can book by heading to the Country House listing. You will then be alone on the site. Other things to note Linens are provided. The beds are made upon arrival.
