Occupancy & Guest Policy This apartment is licensed and priced for one registered guest only. Occasional visitors or overnight guests are welcome with advance communication; however, additional residents, ongoing visitors, or unauthorized guests are not permitted. A fee of $50 per night will be charged for unapproved guests. This home is best suited for respectful guests who value a quiet, peaceful environment. House Notes • Professional cleaning every 2–3 weeks is required and paid by the guest. A list of licensed and insured cleaners will be provided. • Damaged, stained, or missing linens will be charged at replacement cost. • Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis due to noise and temperament. Additional pet deposit required. • No smoking anywhere on the property. Penalties of the cost of cleaning will be charged. • Quiet hours are expected, as this is a 1925 home and sound travels between residences. • Overnight guests must be communicated in advance for security and property management purposes. • No third-party bookings per Airbnb policy.
