The space This charming 1920s apartment is one of three quiet residences within the original home and is primarily offered for longer-term stays with very little turnover. Consistently 5-stars clean. Original details such as period doors, wavy glass windows, hardwood floors, and a porcelain tub remain intact, while modern comforts include new HVAC, fast AT&T Fiber WiFi, large flat screen TVs, eclectic furnishings, and a dedicated work-from-home office. The layout, which is shown in the photos, includes a private office off the covered front porch, a bedroom with queen bed and blackout shades, full bath, in-unit washer and dryer, living room with 65" TV, dining area, galley kitchen, and a modern,airy back deck overlooking the backyard and neighborhood. Occupancy & Guest Policy This apartment is licensed and priced for one registered guest only. Occasional visitors or overnight guests are welcome with advance communication; however, additional residents, ongoing visitors, or unauthorized guests are not permitted. A fee of $50 per night will be charged for unapproved guests. This home is best suited for respectful guests who value a quiet, peaceful environment. House Notes • Professional cleaning every 2–3 weeks is required and paid by the guest. A list of licensed and insured cleaners will be provided. • Damaged, stained, or missing linens will be charged at replacement cost. • Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis due to noise and temperament. Additional pet deposit required. • No smoking anywhere on the property. Penalties of the cost of cleaning will be charged. • Quiet hours are expected, as this is a 1925 home and sound travels between residences. • Overnight guests must be communicated in advance for security and property management purposes. • No third-party bookings per Airbnb policy. Guest access Enjoy the front covered porch with cafe table and chairs overlooking the garden. Perfect for watching all the neighborhood dogs walk by! Also the back deck, an urban retreat, is high overlooking the yard and has a beautiful view. It's a wonderful place to relax !
