The Library Loft- retreat: City/sea views & pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children. The space Our property is 10 minutes from Tea Tree Plaza and the Modbury area, and about 25 minutes from the city. With amazing views over Adelaide, you will love our property. It is a peaceful, bird-filled setting on a beautiful hillside location, looking west to Gulf St. Vincent. Stay in our library loft and recharge. Guests have access to the pool and backyard with views over Adelaide. Our property is spacious and looks directly down the Adelaide airport runway. It's a great place to watch the planes from the north-west bank overhead. Guest access Our pool is available for guest use on request. Enjoy the amazing sunsets in peace and solitude, surrounded by great views and the sounds of nature! You are welcome to use the garden furniture for sunning yourselves, reading, dining, and relaxing. With the beautiful views over Adelaide, you will relax. Away from the city but close to everything you might need. In the cooler months, a small bonfire is also possible! Other things to note No smoking permitted. We have a very friendly moodle called Maisy. If you like dogs feel free to say hello. If you don't we will keep her inside. We have a cat, Callie. She is a free spirit and will adopt you if you allow her to! The kangaroos on our property may seem tame but they are wild animals. Please do not attempt to pat or feed them. Do not threaten them. We respect our wildlife at the Hermitage. Birdlife is prolific! Sometimes we see a koala We call him Kenny. You’ll hear koala and kookaburra calls from time to time. We will consider pet stays. Not suitable for children.
