The annoying nearby power plant mentioned in the reviews no longer exists, it has been closed. The space Capri Terrace is an elegant and spacious house, typical of the island of Capri, surrounded by greenery with a pergola and views of the Marina Grande sea and the Gulf of Naples. The large outdoor terrace is ideal for relaxing while admiring the view that the location of the house offers or for tasting typical local products accompanied by the smell of the sea breeze. The house enjoys an excellent central location, convenient for reaching the best known and largest beaches on the island just a few minutes from the famous square where you can experience the Capri atmosphere. The house consists of a large bedroom, a single bedroom, e living room with two double sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and outdoor shower. Each room has a French door with access to the terrace. The house has 5 comfortable beds but it is possible to accommodate up to 7 people with an arrangement that involves the use of the double sofa beds located in the living room. The kitchen, the living room and the terrace have recently been renovated. Guest access Tv, air con, hot water, outdoor shower, washing machine, ironing stuff, dishes and linen.
