Garden Village House in Pythagorio-Hora, Samos

The owners have been in love with Samos Island and Hora for over 45 years and are keen to share their special bond with the island and village with guests hailing from different parts of the world. The house is located in the village of Hora, Samos' former capital, 2km away from the coast and 3km from the seaside town of Pythagorio. The space The name of the House is ‘Kipo’ which means "garden" in Greek. This century-old stone house underwent a full renovation carried out by a French interior designer with the objective of preserving its original character and enhancing its authenticity. This secluded property, built around a walled garden with various fruit trees and grapevines, proffers privacy and coziness. In the Garden, you will find a dining table and lounging beds. Your stay at Kipo’s will allow you unwind and enjoy life of a Greek village while experiencing Samos to the fullest. Guest access The Ground Floor consists of one bedroom (two single beds), one bathroom with a toilet, one family room with a bed and the kitchen. The First Floor includes a living room with a fire place, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, toilet, the main terrace and separate balcony, as well as a baby bed. Other things to note The house is located in Hora, a village on the Southern coast of Samos: - 2km from an 8km stretch of beach and several cove-style beaches. - 3km from Pythagorio, the birthplace of the renowned mathematician Pythagoras, which remains a historical and lively port village famous for its restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops, churches, its old castle, ancient ruins, museums, art galleries and more. Its location conveniently allows you to discover all facets of Samos and to reach other parts of the island easily. Although Hora has grocery stores, a bakery, a pharmacy, tavernas, bars and a taxi stand, we encourage guests to rent a car to fully sample what Samos has to offer.
