Aviemore-retreat

Sure I'm biased but this has to be the best town centre accommodation in Aviemore. it's my own home so it's fully equipped with home comforts and it makes the ultimate place to relax and make great memories. it's not your typical neutral decor bland holiday home. it's a place full of colour, character and Scottish charm This property isn't managed by a commercial company and uses no automation when dealing with guests so any enquiries will be responded to promptly by either myself or my wife 🤘 The space I've tried to keep an emphasis on local materials in the house. here's a few examples... the stag head on the exterior wall is local, the sofa cushions are Aviemore tartan the bed in the master bedroom is hand made from locally grown Douglas fir trees. the list goes on but there are lots of little quirks that add to the overall experience of this house. The living room AKA the cinema room features a sunken 85" UHD TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and iplayer, This is enjoyed from the 8 seater U-shaped cinema sofa, fluffy blankets and full fibre optic WIFI. There are also black-out blinds, a wood burning stove, an ice bucket and a wall mounted home bar. (no drink provided!) The main bedroom features the locally made and grown bed as mentioned previously with a Simba mattress Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a memory foam topper, en-suite toilet, 60" TV with Amazon prime and a dressing table with mirror. Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk bed, double on the bottom with single on top, room also has a cross-trainer for keeping fit when the weather is rough. The garden is dog proof and has a sheltered home power lifting setup with rubberised olympic plates plus boxing bags, boxing timer and a 1400 litre hot tub with 50 high powered jets which has views over the Craigellachie nature reserve. I've also got a hand made outdoor pizza oven but if you plan on touching this you need to chat with me first 🤣 it's my pride and joy. To get facilities and views similar to this you would normally be way out in the country but this place is based right in the town centre on a very quiet cul-de-sac with a private back gate that will lead you out onto the main street in a few seconds giving you the best of both worlds, The nearest bar is about 10 seconds walk from the back garden gate. My house is dog friendly and anyone who books minimum of a week will have a cold bottle of champagne on arrival There is CCTV around the exterior of the house so if thats a problem im happy to discuss. the one facing the hot tub area will be removed before guests arrive. the others face towards the drive and back garden.
