Santaya (coined from the Indonesian word "santai") means "relax" and our private resort is the perfect choice to escape and experience some rest & relaxation. The space PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE FIRST (click on "CONTACT HOST") BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK/RESERVING. =========== Amenities =========== All amenities listed below are free to use. - Main pool (Max depth: 5 feet) - Kiddie pool (Max depth: 2 feet) - Refrigerator - BBQ Grill - Ice chest/cooler - Wi-Fi - Videoke - Basic cable TV - Amazon Prime Video Things to note: - Our pools contain natural hot spring water. You can expect the pool water to be warm or hot, depending on your tolerance. - Each villa has its own private pool/amenities. You will not be sharing with other guests booked in other villas (unless you have booked both Villa 1 & 2). - Sound can carry from Villa 1 to Villa 2 esp. with the videoke on. The two villas are only separated by a collapsible wall located in the pool & common area. If this will post an issue, we highly recommend to book Villa 3 which is separated from Villa 2 by a concrete wall. The only difference is that Villa 3 has a different time slot compared to the other two villas: 7pm to 4pm. For guests in the adjoining Villa 1&2, we always remind them to please be mindful of the other guests in the next villa. And to observe our quiet time (especially from 12 midnight to 6am). Kindly note though, we have no control over other resorts in the subdivision. =========== Bedrooms =========== All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 small bedroom (meant for seniors or those with disabilities) located on the ground floor. Max sleeping capacity is for 30 pax only. Our beds come with pillows and sheets. Blankets can be requested upon check-in from the caretaker (no charge). =========== Bathrooms =========== All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom. There are two additional restrooms (no shower) on the ground floor, conveniently located near the pool. Please note that we do not provide toiletries and towels. We do not have shower heaters. =========== Kitchen =========== At the side of the resort is our compact kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, two-burner gas stove (this is included in the rate), and a fridge. Guests are expected to bring their own cutlery (spoons & forks), plates, cookware (pots & pans), cooking utensils, and rice cooker. However, we do provide the basics: a medium-sized pot & pan (wok), knife, chopping board, solid spoon (sandok) & turner (sianse). A microwave is also available. A medium-sized cooler is available if the fridge doesn't have enough space for your food/drinks. Please bring your own ice. The grill is located by the pool area. You are free to use the grill; guests must bring their own charcoal. =========== Guest Limit =========== Despite the 16 pax limit on AirBnB, the pax limit is good for up to 30 pax. Children 2 years old and above are included in the headcount. In excess of 30 pax, there will be a ₱500 entrance fee for each additional pax. Absolute maximum allowed is up to 34 pax only. In excess of 34 pax will be DENIED entry. =========== Extra Fees =========== - ₱60 for each succeeding jug of water (for the hot & cold water dispenser) - Events Fee (if you will have catering, event set up, etc.): ₱1,000 - Food Cart, Mobile Bar, Photo Booth: ₱500 per supplier - Sound system, professional lights & sounds: ₱500 per item - Time extension**: ₱900 per hour **Strictly subject to approval and can only be allowed if the next time slot is available. A surcharge of ₱900 per hour will be billed for *approved* extension/early check-in. Otherwise, you will be asked to check-out on time. Other things to note If you're a bigger group (e.g. 35-50 pax), we highly recommend booking both Villa 1 & 2. Both villas have the same time slot (2pm-11am) and have a collapsible wall in between (the common area & pool) that can be opened up. (NOTE: the wall by the pool cannot be opened up as of now.) Kindly check with us first to know if we will be able to accommodate your number of pax. We require all guests to submit a complete list of all the guests staying at our villa. - We have one security camera outside the villa, by the common/pool area, and on the 2nd floor common area.
