Marion's Cottage (quiet & countryside)

Ideal for being quiet and relaxing. You will be close to major cities such as Annecy, Geneva, Aix-les-Bains or Chambéry while enjoying the countryside. The cottage is easily accessible and parking is right in front (garages not accessible to guests). The space You will have a 40 m² cottage, for 2 or 4 people maximum, quiet, in the countryside, including: - one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and a large closet. - a living/dining room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people, 140 x 190), a coffee table, a desk, a high table and 4 chairs, a TV. - an equipped kitchen (fridge + freezer, gas cooktop, microwave/oven). - a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Other amenities: iron, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker/kettle (coffee/tea available). On request: sheets and bath towels (from 2 nights booked), high chair and baby cot. Guest access Parking in front of the cottage. Walking from the chalet to the heights of the village. All shops nearby: - in Vaulx (5 min): bakery, grocery store with local products, restaurant and medical practice. - in Vallières (10 min), Rumilly or Epagny (15 min): more shops and large shopping malls. Annecy, its old town and its lake 20 km away Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget 30 km away Feel free to ask us for advice if needed ;) Other things to note Bed linen (140 x 190) and towels provided for bookings of 2 nights or more. Self check-in possible with key box or hand delivery of keys if we are present. We do not charge a cleaning fee but ask that you leave the accommodation as clean as you found it :) Also remember to dispose of your waste (selective sorting in the village).
