The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings. The space The living room in The Engine House has a stunning vaulted beamed ceiling . This open plan room has a large breakfast bar that opens into the modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances. On the ground floor there is one of the double bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with stunning en-suite. The house has under floor heating and is decorated to an extremely high spec. All bed linen and towels are provided. unfortunately we do not accept any pets and only children over the age of 12years can stay at the property. Guest access We would like to reassure our guests that our cleaning regime is undertaken to the highest of standards. Self check in means that you our guest can pick a check in time convenient to your needs( after 4pm) please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. Guests have access to the entire house and have the use of an allocated parking space adjacent to the property Other things to note The Engine House is 10mins from Falmouth and it's stunning beaches. Whilst the historic city of Truro is also 10 minutes away. The Cornwall Wildlife Trust's Devichoys Wood is directly on your doorstep and provides beautiful walks. There are 2 wonderful traditional Cornish pubs within walking distance of the property where wonderful home cooked food is served . Mylor, the renowned sailing hub , is a short 2 mile drive away. The famous Bissoe cycling route is a stones throw from The Foundry
