Rental unit in Paris

Our apartment is located in the Batignolles district, known to be very pleasant to live in. Close to bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, parks etc. You will appreciate it for its location, its warm, cozy and quiet side, and for its functionality. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It was recently refurbished. It consists of: - a very pleasant living/dining room thanks to its southwest exposure and the quiet of the street - a separate fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine - a bedroom with a double bed, overlooking the courtyard - a bathroom with shower and toilet and a large window which allows it to be well ventilated --- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It has been recently renovated. It is composed of: - a living/dining room very appreciable with its south-west orientation and the calm of the street - a fully equipped kitchen - a bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with shower & toilet, with a window to have good ventilation Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. --- You'll have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note We ask our guests to respect the calm of the place to respect the other people living in the building. We also ask them to kindly empty and dispose of the trash when they leave, clean and store the dishes and sweep if necessary: we do not charge a cleaning fee, so we expect the apartment to be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Check-in time: before 10 p.m. because we are not in Paris when we rent our apartment and the monckey locky service closes at 10 p.m. --- Please, respect the place's calm, in respect for people living in the apartment block, and please throw away the bin, clean your dishes and sweep the floor if necessary: we don't charge any cleaning fee so we ask you to leave the flat as you found it.
