LOCATION The villas are only 1km away from the popular Finns Recreation Club, perfect for family activities including a water park, bounce castle & trampolines, bowling and many other activities. They are also close to many gourmet restaurants and organic cafés in Berawa including Ruko café, Satu Satu, Peloton, Nude and newcomer Suka just to name a few. Last but not least, they are just a 2minute bike ride from Berawa beach, Finns Beach Club and newly opened Atlas Beach Fest (Southeast Asia's largest one-stop entertainment center). THE VILLAS This is a 6bed villa listing including two 3bed villas next to each other. The first villa has three queen size bedrooms, while the second villa has two queen size bedrooms and a 3rd semi-double bedroom upstairs (five queen and one semi-double bedroom suites in total) POOL AREAS, GARDENS, OPEN SPACE LIVING ROOMS, DINING SPACES & KITCHENS: • 2 private pools (8.5*4.5m and 8*5.1m) surrounded by exotic lavish gardens • Lawn areas with sun loungers and umbrellas • Two high pitched ceiling living rooms (one per villa) with smart flat screen TVs with NETFLIX • Two 6pax dining rooms (one per villa) • Two fully equipped kitchens (one per villa) • Two outdoor showers (one per villa) BEDROOM SUITES: • There are five queen size bedroom suites and one bedroom with a semi-double bed • All bedroom suites have deposit box, closet, AC and luxury en-suite bathrooms with hot water • They also have office and seating space • In each villa, two bedroom suites are located downstairs and the third one is located upstairs • Each villa has a master bedroom suite (downstairs) that is more spacious and features a queen size bed with mosquito net and an en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath tub • The second bedroom suite downstairs is almost as spacious as the master bedroom and has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower in the one villa and only shower in the other villa • The third bedroom upstairs has a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom in the first villa has a queen size bed, while in the other villa a semi-double bed PRICE INCLUDES • Accommodation for 15 people. For more than 11 people, we will place one extra bed per person.
