The green terrace

The apartment, in the center of Cagliari, allows you to reach the La Marina district in a few minutes on foot, full of restaurants and characteristic trattorias and the Castello district where you can visit some of the most beautiful monuments of the city, such as the towers of the Elephant and San Pancrazio and the Cathedral. Inside the apartment there are 3 cats who are not allowed to enter the bedrooms but are allowed in the living room and the terrace where they spend most of their time. The space Large apartment, 90 square meters, with a large terrace, about 70 square meters, equipped for a relaxing stay. Two comfortable bedrooms, the first double with an internal bathroom, the second with a single bed, 120x190 cm and an adjacent private bathroom. In the large living room there are two very comfortable sofas, 90x200 cm and 90x250. The living area overlooks the terrace where you can eat outdoors in the coolest hours of the day. The two bedrooms overlook a large service terrace equipped with a washing machine and space to hang out the laundry. I remind you that inside the apartment there are 3 cats who are prevented from accessing the bedrooms but not the living room and the terrace where they spend most of their time. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have a large terrace where they can relax during the coolest hours of the day. The terrace is also equipped with an outdoor shower, open and with only cold water, but very comfortable. Other things to note The terrace is very sunny, so in the middle of summer it is particularly pleasant during the early hours of the day and from late afternoon onwards, even if it is equipped with a large shade.
