We invite you to spend time in our fully renovated apartment Momo 2 in the famous bohemian quarter, in the heart of city center. You will be close to all attractions on walking distance and there will be no need for public transportation. This is luxury renovated apartment, set on the 3th floor of building, without elevator with a marble staircase. It is perfect for business people and travelers who want to explore the bohemian quarter of Belgrade from a safe and luxurious environment. The space Momo 2 apartment is luxury renovated and modern 30 m2 apartment, fully equipped for short or long time stay with all appliances in order to feel like at home. This is an ideal place for a comfortable stay up to three people. All furniture is brand new! The apartment comprises of one bedroom, kitchen with dining, centrally located living room with rose pull out sofa, air conditioner, smart full HD LCD TV with cable television and fast free wireless internet. Wood flooring throughout with large windows and white walls enhance a bright feel. The kitchen is equipped for the guest who like to prepare their own meals (heating plate, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes etc). The bedroom is has queen bed (160X200) with hypoallergenic mattress and hotels bed linens. We use only hotel standard, snow white bed sheets. There is small working corner-desk with lamp. Fully equipped bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Towels according hotels standard are provided. Every guest will get one set of towels (big and medium sized). The small terrace that overlooks in the backyard has a tiny sitting set for pleasant ambiance and a homely atmosphere. Cleaning structure: For long stay guests on request we are changing linens (making bed(s)) and towels, vacuum cleaning, dusting, washing dishes, adding toilet paper. We will not move or fold your personal stuff. Parking: There is possible reserved parking in public garage on request. (15eur). Short term parking is on the street. This apartment is in a parking zone 3 (Green Zone), which limits the parking to three consecutive hoursIt's possible to extend parking, but after each 3 hour period, you should make a non-parking break of 30 minutes (which is hardly doable if you are not actually going somewhere else). The best way to pay parking on the street is via text message. It should contain license plate number (all together, no slashes, no dashes), and sent to 9113. For long term parking, there are two parking areas very close to the apartment (5 minutes on foot). They are payable by the hour, but one of them offers daily and monthly tickets which makes parking significantly cheaper. Daily ticket cost around 15 EUR, and monthly ticket is about 100 EUR. Otherwise, you would have to pay this space by the hour, about 0,8 EUR/hour.
