Welcome to Aprés Overlook! 2BR/2BA, Sleeps 10 in beds. Located directly adjacent to the main lodge, lifts, and base of operations at Sunday River. Park on-site when you arrive, and stash your keys...no access road nightmares, avoid the lodges, easy stop-in for meals, warming fire, and of course Aprés! Ski Shop, Foggy Goggle, Lift Tickets, Ski School, all just steps away! Ask about minimum stay waivers! The space A wood burning fireplace makes for an extra cozy and warm apres ski experience. Firewood is supplied and kept stocked on a spacious deck. Full baths are on each floor, a bedroom on the main floor and an oversized "Ski Dorm" upstairs offers two bunks : full over queen + twin over queen, plus modern futon. Lifts are a quick walk across the street to South Ridge base area. Full kitchen to prepare meals or heat up take-out. We regard as ski-in/ski-out, but it is approx 50 yards of walking. On-site parking guaranteed for one vehicle; inquire about additional vehicles which can park close and we can sometimes accommodate on-site. Mudroom entry area for boots; shared with single adjacent unit. IMPORTANT NOTES: -We are on the top floor of a three-story building. Access is via one outdoor stairwell and an enclosed semi-private stairwell that services five units, two of which we own. - Refrigerator is not full size. Retro Smeg refrigerator with internal "icebox" style freezer. - Top bunks are cozy! Great for kids, but not for those who don't value cozy spaces. See photos. - Washer and dryer are coin-op in an adjacent building in the complex. Other things to note We list a 2-night minimum (3-4 nights on certain holidays). Please send a message if you have an interest in a shorter stay. We will consider exceptions based on specific calendar status at the time. We will consider small dogs (<40 lbs) on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if your pet will join you!
