Our apartment is located in the historic heart of Aix-en-Provence, ideal location with all the shops nearby.It is very bright because ,facing south,west:The master bedroom facing south and the small bedroom with a bunk bed to the west.This apartment is very pleasant to live in, not overlooked directly and above a small square.It is also air-conditioned and the windows have double glazing. We live there in winter, so it's well-equipped . The space We renovated it, keeping the charm of the old one less than a year ago and the apartment is on the third floor but there are no neighbors on the landing because there is only one accommodation per floor. No elevator but you can easily climb the steps. The location of our building is 200m from the Cours Mirabeau, 150m from the Place de la Rotonde, 400m from the Rotonde car park. Great for a couple with two kids. Other things to note The bathroom is equipped with an extra flat shower tray and the toilets are independent.
