It is powered by solar and gas and located in the quietest part of the island. It is about 3 minutes from the three beaches of the island and restaurants. The space The house has three (3) bedrooms and an open space, with full sea view upstairs (can be used as a bedroom). It has three (3) bathrooms, two (2) of which are upstairs and one (1) on the ground floor, where there is also a guest toilet. It is equipped with 3 gas water heaters and 3 air conditioners in the bedrooms. It offers a bed (1) of 190x200, three (3) beds of 140X200 each accommodating two (2) people and a single bed (120×190) A kitchen area is available. Several terraces allow you to enjoy ocean views or retreat to a quiet place to read or lounge. It has an above-ground freshwater swimming pool ideal for children. Electricity is provided by a solar device, the island not being connected to the high and low voltage electrical system of the city of Dakar. Guest access All areas are accessible to guests. Other things to note There is a permanent possibility to call on the caretaker who lives in the house and provides supervision and maintenance, assisted by a housekeeper who is present three mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
