La Gardenia, Sol Del Este. Beautiful views.

La Gardenia is a beautiful apartment complex set perfectly in stunning gardens, situated on an outcrop of rock overlooking the mouth of the port of Mahon. It's an ideal place to relax and unwind enjoying the magnificent views. Sol Del Este is the most easterly point in Spain and spectacular sunrises provide fantastic photo opportunities which can be enjoyed from the lovely gardens. Only a short walk to the harbor of Calas Fonts which has a large selection of lovely restaurants and bars. The space The apartment has a Tourist Licence and we have been accredited by the local council to comfortably sleep 4 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dinning area and two small balconies. There are built in wardrobes in all of the bedrooms providing ample storage space. We also have air con in all three bedrooms, which is a must for summer bookings. The well appointed kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and all small appliances you would expect to find in your kitchen at home. There is everything you need if your preference is to cook for yourself, it truly is a home from home. We have free wi fi and TV showing English channels in the lounge. The two bathrooms make it an ideal apartment for two families to share as there isn't a queue for the shower after a long day enjoying the pool. A BBQ is provided as well as a fold out table for those who want to enjoy the fabulous garden views and enjoy a meal overlooking the harbor. Guest access Guests have sole use of the apartment which will be fully cleaned before arrival. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. Beach towels can be provided for an extra cost. Other things to note Due to the new EU/Spanish regulations it is now a legal requirement that all guests should complete online guest registration before arrival at our property. To facilitate this, confirmed bookings will receive an email from SESadmin with a unique guest registration link which has to be completed before your stay. You will be asked to send your e-mail address to us though Air B&B so the link can be sent. The link must be completed in full with information for all guests. If you don't have the full information of the other guests you can forward the link on for them to complete. This is a quiet community which attracts visitors to return year after year.
