Old charming house completely renovated in Castillon-en-Couserans, small authentic village, located at the crossroads of the most beautiful valleys and hikes of Couserans! Its large south-facing balcony will offer you stunning views of the peaks from the quiet of a pedestrian lane overlooking a garden. The space The house is old, white facade with blue shutters, completely refurbished, perfectly insulated, mixture of old and contemporary (old parquet, old wooden staircase, exposed beams, interior steel canopies separating bedroom and bathroom). After returning from beautiful hikes, you can have an aperitif on the pretty balcony while admiring the peaks or relax in front of the warm atmosphere of the pellet stove (supplied at will). We provide you with several books about the area, IGN maps and hiking guides. Full high-end equipment (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, large induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker and Nespresso with some capsules provided, classic oven and microwave oven, fondue and raclette appliances very nice in winter, good quality Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, etc.). All basic necessities are provided, you will not have to buy them (salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, paper towels, dishwashing product…). The home has 4 floors that require traveling up a set of stairs to access: - Ground floor: laundry room, - 1st Floor: living room, kitchen, - 2nd floor: balcony bedroom, bathroom, 3rd Floor: attic bedroom with Velux. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with new quality bedding in 160 cm. The top floor bedroom is attic-style in the attic with large Velux windows overlooking the mountain to the south. The large 160 cm bed can be separated into 2 single beds for those who wish to sleep alone. The 2nd floor bedroom overlooks the pretty south-facing balcony in the quiet of the pedestrian alley, where you can have breakfast. On the 1st floor, you can enjoy the living room area, dining room with large kitchen allowing you to share warm moments with family or friends. On the ground floor is a laundry area with a washing machine. Linens, duvets and towels are provided. La Casa Blanca is located on a quiet pedestrian lane, close to shops (Bakery, Café restaurant, small supermarket, pharmacy, Butcher, post office...).
