Farm stay in Fayetteville

Gorgeous new ranch studio on a 14 acre property! Built above the separate garage of the main home it has full privacy! It has a HUGE deck overlooking the horse pasture with a bbq and small fire pit table. The space is a cozy studio with everything you will need. A small but full kitchen, fresh farm eggs, smart tv, Euro Washer /dryer, Queen size memory foam bed, Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom and a great soaking tub. This property is full of ranch animals which gives it a unique experience! The space Full property disclosure! This is a mini ranch full of animals. They make noise. I call it a greeting with love but to others it could be a lot of noise! Horses, dogs, cats, chickens, goats and two pigs. Its so peaceful and gorgeous. Plenty of space to roam and walk through the woods by the creek. Its 3 min to Pinewood and a perfect balance from the cozy set life. I live on the property as well as there is another rental apartment in the main house. Its the perfect place for someone who wants to unwind and who loves animals and all the wonderful barks and oinks they bring! Guest access You have access to the chicken coop to collect eggs, and a any pasture that the horses are not in. There are 4 acres of trails by the creek that is always available to explore!
