It has a special Eastern Andalusian architecture, it has a patio-lounge (today) with 4 columns. Very bright, it has a facade towards the garden (except for one room towards the alley of the old medina) that allows you to see the city of Tetuan, its mountains and the sea of Martin. It has two doors, both towards the old medina. Accessing from the garden door, it has the garden and garage on the ground floor, on the first floor the living rooms, and on the second and third floors the bedrooms. The other door is on the first floor, accessing from this door, it has the bedrooms on the first and second floor. With the large terrace/rooftop, enjoy the sun and a panoramic outdoor view of the entire city, mountains and sea.
