Delightful, spacious and beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment in imposing Victorian building in the heart of the north England's most idyllic small city. Ideal for exploring Lancashire and The Lakes. A short walk from Lancaster's best pubs and canal-side walks. Bus stop directly outside for quick connections to Lancaster University and city centre. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave. The space Church View is on the ground floor of a three storey Victorian building. It is situated on the A6 on the south side of the city which it makes it an ideal spot to stay for both the city and the university. The building has double glazing, a private driveway and lawned area at the front which sets it back from the main road outside. Inside there is a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large well-equipped kitchen dining room, a cosy lounge and bathroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment which has its own private entrance at the front of Brunton House. There is also a small paved area at the front where guests can sit out when the weather permits and a shared lawn area in the private grounds of Brunton House. Other things to note Please note, I do not charge a cleaning fee but reserve the right to charge a fee of £25 if guests leave excessive mess. The second bedroom has a single bed only. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
