Fully equipped 36 m2 air-conditioned tiny house, 27 m2 wooden terrace and integrated Jacuzzi. It sleeps 4 people with pool views. This will be shared with us until 5 p.m. maximum, discretion and respect requested. Anyone outside the rental is not accepted. The trampoline, the bowling alley and the foosball table will be available to you. I would like to draw your ATTENTION to the fact that 2 large Bernese cattlemen will be on the grounds. The space The Tiny serves as an outbuilding on our 2000 m2 plot, sheltered from view, not overlooked by us, quiet in a village in the northeast of Montpellier. A small corner outside is reserved for the plancha to make good meals with friends and family. The interior is composed of a large living room, open kitchen, all equipped with a sofa bed of very good quality, sleeps 140, and a small dressing room. Then you will find a bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm with very good bedding and a large dressing room. The reversible air conditioning will allow you to have a pleasant coolness in the middle of summer. The swimming pool will be open from 06/15 to 09/15. Access to the tiny house is via our driveway and a parking space will be reserved for you The plot is fenced with an electric gate, a remote will be provided. Buses and shuttles are close to the house. Guest access Close to shops; Pharmacy, Bakery, Butcher, Pizzeria (delivery possible), Tobacco, and Spar 2 minutes by car, otherwise an Intermarché and a Lidl 10 minutes in the neighboring villages. Other things to note You can visit the ruins of Montlaur Castle in our village, very easy walking access, and you are 10 minutes from Pic Saint-Loup, where beautiful hikes await... There are many vineyards, including the famous Puech Haut estate, 3 minutes from the house. Montpellier has it all; medieval alleys ideal for shopping, new neighborhoods combining natural spaces and buildings designed by the greatest architects. If you like the river, 30 minutes between Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, the Hérault River offers a multitude of splendid places conducive to swimming and beautiful canoe descents!
