The house is equipped with private parking, garden and grove and stream within the property for exclusive use. The main feature of the house is its history: in the past the house was used by local farmers to grind chestnuts, thanks to the water mill located on the ground floor. Even today, you can visit the ancient mill in all its beauty. The house is 55 square meters and those who decide to stay will have all the surrounding space available only for themselves. The house has a spacious living room where you can dine and relax thanks to a comfortable sofa bed and a television, a nice kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven and stove, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a double bedroom consisting of a wardrobe, chest of drawers, trunk and two nightstands.
