This unit offers a residential neighborhood just a short walking distance from historic Main Street, River Trail and area shopping, dining and museums. This unit is comfortably furnished to accommodate 4 guests short term and two guests long term. The space This space has been recently updated to make it more comfortable and user-friendly. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for meal prep. The sofa folds down into a full-size bed, (extra linens can be found in the ottoman). Wherever possible we’ve added storage to accommodate your items during your stay. We’ve enhanced the Wi-Fi speed and included an HDMI chord to use your favorite streaming platforms through the TV. The queen size mattress was recently replaced with the same memory foam model we’ve always had as we’d never had a complaint: not too squishy, not too hard—just right! This unit is keyless entry so we don’t need to coordinate meeting for your arrival. That said, I live a block and a half away, so if ever you need anything I am just around the corner. Guest access In addition to the unit , you’ll have access to park one vehicle in the parking lot behind the building. The covered patio is exclusive to this unit.
