The apartment is fully furnished with new and modern furniture, you will have a double bedroom, a living room with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower and super-equipped kitchen. A few steps from the border with Switzerland you will be a few KM from Lugano. Enjoy nature and lakeside beaches 2 minutes from home. The space The Garden is for the exclusive use of our guests, you will have a table and chairs available all year round. Upon request, you will be provided with deck chairs and beach towels and an umbrella. Double bedroom with 3-door wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers and window with blackout curtains. Living room with double sofa bed (ask before using it) TV and furniture to store your personal belongings. Bathroom with WC, shower and bidet with hot air heater and window and storage cabinets. Large and spacious kitchen with extendable table and chairs. Dishwasher, microwave, Nestlè Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsule), kettle, fridge and oven. You will always be provided with basic food and water. The sheets and towels will be provided clean upon your arrival as well as the tablecloths, napkins and rags for the kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment and the garden. They do not have access to the garage and to a room in the house which is used as a small warehouse. Other things to note At the end of your stay you will be asked for 50.00 euros in cash which will be used for the final cleaning and sanitation of the rooms following the ANTI COVID-19 protocol. By booking at La Dama del Lago you will have a 15% discount on purchases at the V.GLAM-DESIGN Concept Store in Lavena Pontre Tresa. Near the house you can dine at the restaurant "OSTERIA DEL CARDE" and you will receive a 10% discount by introducing yourself as my guests.
